  4. What this utility does? 
  5.  
  6. It allows you, as a user on this bbs, to FREQ (File request) files
  7. from other systems. 
  8.  
  9. You must provide the NAME of the File that you want to freq and the address
  10. that you want to freq it from. Once you have this information you can use 
  11. this utility to tell your sysop that you want that file in a really easy
  12. way that both you, as a user, and your sysop can understand.

  14. It will write a netmail message to the SysOp of the BBS that you are 
  15. requesting the file from, and put it on hold for your SysOp to review
  16. and see if he/she wants to pay the Long Distance (If any) to retrieve
  17. this file for you.

  19. Just a note if you try something stupid your sysop will be able to see 
  20. exactly what you tried and will probably find a suitable way of correcting
  21. the problem. :)
